Refund Policy

At Shenandoah Valley Pride Alliance, we strive to ensure a positive experience for all our supporters, donors, and event participants. Please review our refund policy below:

Donations

All donations made to Shenandoah Valley Pride Alliance are non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, donations directly support our mission to foster inclusivity, advocacy, and community engagement. If you have made a donation in error, please contact us at shenandoahvalleypride@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Event Tickets & Registrations

  • Refunds: Refunds for event tickets or registrations may be requested up to 14 days before the event date. After this period, all sales are final.

  • Cancellations: If an event is canceled by Shenandoah Valley Pride Alliance, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.

  • Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at shenandoahvalleypride@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the event.

Merchandise Sales

  • Returns & Exchanges: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or limited-edition merchandise, including special Pride collections, is final sale unless defective.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
